Just a quick bump to see if any of those who'd expressed an interest back at the start of this thread are still fence-sitting. :)

I'll need to close out the schedule by the end of this month at the latest to give me time to get the order for jet kits and air filters sorted.

Step this way, gents ... :)

Hi guys

Two weeks to go

If anyone is unsure of where they are going I can meet up with them and guide you in

If you are happy enough to make your own way in please be aware of the speed camera hidden by the tree on the main road

FYI petrol station is a 30 second ride from my place

If anyone needs any help or wants to discuss a meeting point my number is in the email that Mike has sent out

onejay. Any chance you can PM me your postcode, and I can stick it in the Satnav?

I assume it would be best if we pulled upto yours with almost no fuel in to make Mikes life a bit easier?

Cant wait :D

Just had a last minute drop-out.  Someone has decided to sell their Fazer next week but didn't feel it worth letting me know until the itinerary dropped into their e-mail inbox this morning.  Grrrrr!

Still, it means that I now have a spare Full Monty kit ready to fit if someone wants to take advantage of this rare jaunt of mine north of the border.  Hell, if Wee Eck has his way, I might not be allowed back again in future :lol

So, if you've been fence-sitting or are a late comer to this thread, drop me a line (mikegreatorexAThotmail.com) and I'll be happy to let you know more. :)

It's only about the third or fourth time in a decade that someone has let me down like this so I can't really complain overall. :)

Just disappointing that he never thought to give me a heads-up before now.

There's an outside chance that I may be able to swap my CBR6 for a 2005 Fazer 1000 so you never know Mike - may be able to grab a slot after all. Would all depend how much I'd lose on trading in the CBR!
