Just to be clear this a first aid and accident scene management course so you can wear whatever you like, it's not a skills day.

Did it a few years ago, worthwhile, especially as it's free!

Brilliant, Kent is always on a Thursday and the First Aid kit they give you is terrific, all free and bang up to date, it has changed since I last did mine a couple of years ago.
Book on the next suitable date for you. :)

Went to the Marlow Biker Down course last night. Really good, lots of great stuff. Quite a bit crammed in, but the first aid was definitely focused on the basics and simple stuff that a) you're likely to remember in the moment b) can practically do on road side without equipment and c) will make the most difference in those first couple of minutes before a casualty deteriorates and paramedics arrive. Basically: information gathering, providing reassurance, stemming blood loss and keeping them breathing. All straight forward and common sense stuff we can all do, and really should know how to do. I can definitely recommend everyone attending one of these courses.
