I believe they are the same fixings. Mine was fitted to an 02 plate but recall on instructions it states 98/03. You can probably find instructions online.

Yep, same racks fits square eye and fox eye. Just slightly different bolts and spacers through the grab bar down to the brackets that hold the bars. Check out instructions here: http://media.givi.it/Prodotti/istruzioni/340F.pdf  First page is for Square eye, second for Fox eye.
