After talking to OMF and Eddie I have created a group on FB called Fallen Foccers.  For all the foccers that have fallen.

A place to remember those members of FOC-U that have died, post pics exchange stories and memories

The members of the site will of course all be active as they are alive, 
How else would we be able to post pics and memories 
To be a member of the site you would need to be alive
To be a subject of the site you need to have died.
I am a member of the site and not a subject of it,
unless I go now after I'm a member

Some families have access to their dead relatives facebook, and then join them to the site. Also, some families create a new account in memory, and could add that. So my question wasn't that stupid
