Those forks look mean, great machine. Take the tank cover off to expose the great looking tank lines with some nice paint and I'd want to make an offer.

Finished? Ho-ho-ho ... they're never finished!
Looking very good, though.
Where did you get the top yoke? Are you running stock fork length with the R1 forks held lower in the custom yokes? With the Dymag wheels, no wonder it turns in on a sixpence.
I'm with Camshaft on losing the gimp hood on the tank. I know they're practical and all that but they look awful IMHO.

Well not quite finished , special lighter swing arm would be nice, maybe next year ,but would take lots of overtime for that. It is a custom yoke Falcon ,local engineering firm made it to my speck. Its 90 mm deep.It gives me the range for adjusting the front end height.Forks have KTech 20mm SS cartridges sprung for 100 kl At the moment I,m running 10mm lower than standard. The seat is from Bagster, send em your old seat and they will build to your speck, height, colours, logos, padding ,etc,i was getting bad hip ache, but this is allday comfy with gel pads ,firm, but can still feel whats going on bellow ya.Know what you mean about tank cover but every time I take a picture seems to be after a week away, she will be naked the next time !

Love them dymags, very nice conversion indeed, the attention to detail is superb like keeping the ohlins fazer steering damper and all the brake pipe clips it makes it look like a factory job. My only criticism is with the colour of your bike i think black forks may have looked better !
But Superb i like it nearly as good as mine. LoL

amazing . Superb looking bike, not bad for what.... 8 yrs old + ??
way cheaper option to modify than buy new....and I love the devil cans too. Would love some for my fazer.About time I spent a bit more time and brass on my bike for sure.
It does make me envious when I see such a clean bike !
